An 18K white gold cocktail ring, set with 108 round brilliant diamonds and 15 round sapphires. The weights for both stones, 0.99ct. t.w. for the diamonds and 0.75ct. t.w. for the sapphires, are stamped inside the shank. A piece designed for effect, it rises 15/16" tall on the finger.
