An 18K yellow gold heart-shaped pendant with a natural emerald at its center, weighing approximately 0.75 carats. The emerald is a medium green with good intensity and transparency. Sixteen pavé full-cut diamonds surround the emerald, with four more set in the tapered bale, for a total of approximately 0.30 carats. A heart designed to catch the light.
